Thank you for your interest in the My Account feature on our website! In that section you can view your pending service orders, past service tickets, pay your bill, send us an email, or schedule a service.
But what good are all those spiffy, nifty things if you aren't even sure how to log in? Well, we're here to help.
Because of the software we use, all of our customers have built-in access to their web accounts, even if they haven't manually set one up. If you'd like to set up your account, please call us at 615-217-7284.
We will be the first to admit that logging into to the My Account section can be tricky. Below, you'll find an explanation. Please call our office at 615.217.7284 if you need any assistance logging on or have any questions.
And now...for that promised explanation...
Username: Most of the time you username is your account number with The Bug Man.
To find your account number, you can look at your previous service tickets. In the top left corner of the service ticket it says Service Address and then there is a set of numbers in parentheses. The set of numbers in the parentheses is your account number.
Hopefully this picture will help...
At the bottom of your service ticket there's a perforated portion that you can use when you send in a payment. Your account number is also posted there.
Here's an example...
You can also find your account number on any invoices we've sent you. To find your account number, look for the Service Address. You'll find it there.
However, we've also given our customers the ability to make their own web account if they don't already have one. The username is still your The Bug Man account number.
Password: If you've ever provided The Bug Man with your email address, you were most likely sent an automated email with your username and password information inside. Please refer to that email to get an automatically generated password.
After you've initially logged into your account, you can change the password to something else.
Also, if you've forgotten your password, please click the Forgot Password link on the My Account login screen. Then your password will be emailed to you.
