This service is designed for the occasional pest problem.
We will still follow our Six Step treatment program, with a main focus on the particular pest problem that is found during the interview and inspection process.
The one-time service has a 45 day retreatment warranty. During this time, if the pests are still present, please let use know and we will be happy to return, at no extra cost to you.
We have many repeat customers that use this service once or twice per year to help keep their home pest-free.

Six Step Program:
1. Apply granules around trees and shrubs where insects live and breed.
2. Apply odorless, clear drying repellant to eves, overhangs, around doors and windows, and along the foundation to keep the pests out.
3. Apply clear drying repellant to interior cracks and crevices where pests are found, as necessary.
4. Apply bait granules to accessible attics and crawl spaces where pests are know to live and breed.
5. Remove cob webs from the exterior of the home.
6. Apply gel and granule baits to cracks and crevices in the kitchen and baths, as necessary.
